You'll provide occupational therapy services in a dynamic K-12 school environment. This contract role offers the chance to work face-to-face, support students via teletherapy, and apply your expertise across various healthcare and home health settings. A variety of cases will allow you to further develop your skills, collaborate with educators, and help students reach their potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Experience with school-based occupational therapy (K-12 strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable delivering therapy in person, via teletherapy, and home health as needed
  • Ability to manage caseload and paperwork efficiently for the full school year
  • Skilled communicator eager to engage with students, families, and school teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for K-12 students
  • Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and developmental goals
  • Flexibly provide therapy in schools, home settings, or remotely as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with staff and families
