This contract position offers 35 hours per week, working with students to enhance their success both in and out of the classroom. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
  • Prior experience working as an OT in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Comfortable managing caseloads and documentation efficiently within district guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for students with diverse educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
  • Provide strategies and resources to support student engagement and independence in school routines

This position offers a competitive hourly range of $55–$70, aligning with your expertise and commitment for the full school year.
