Qualifications:

• Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

• Reliable, self-directed, and flexible approach to daily responsibilities

Key Duties:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and recommend accommodations or strategies
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student’s progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Provide training or recommendations for classroom strategies to school staff
• Ensure all services comply with district, state, and federal policies
