Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students on caseload, both individually and in groups
• Assess and document students’ functional abilities and therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor customized intervention plans that support academic participation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and guidance on goals and progress
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students’ motor, sensory, and self-care needs within classroom environments
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all reporting requirements
