Qualifications:

• Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and IEP process
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Adaptable and team-oriented with a student-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs and progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance student participation and performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all services and student outcomes
• Serve as a resource for teachers, parents, and staff on adaptive strategies for student success
