What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapists (2 positions available) with up-to-date state credentials
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, especially in PreK through 12th grades
• Background or interest in home health OT, healthcare OT, and teletherapy
• Adaptability working both independently and collaboratively with educators, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage diverse caseloads and documentation
• Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs and learning environments
• Commitment to fostering students’ independence and participation in educational activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, using assessment and evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support IEP goals and student progress
• Conduct evaluations; create and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver interventions individually or in small groups, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Contribute to meetings, keeping stakeholders informed on student development
• Offer professional guidance on classroom modifications and strategies
• Track outcomes and adjust approaches to maximize student achievement
