This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is based near Verona, WI, and is tailored for an OT with a passion for fostering growth in young learners while integrating their skills across school-based and home health environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Background in schools, home health, or pediatric OT required
  • Experience with IEP development, goal setting, and accommodations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently—no COTA or VOCO support provided
  • Passion for making a positive impact on students’ well-being and growth

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a diverse student caseload
  • Develop and implement OT treatment plans aligned with educational and developmental needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student learning
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide support and recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive technology
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings and help create an inclusive school environment
