Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience in school-based and/or pediatric OT services
  • Familiarity with both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services is a plus
  • Proficiency in collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Previous background with home health OT is beneficial
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs across various settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in schools and via teletherapy when needed
  • Coach teachers and parents on strategies to promote student independence
  • Maintain thorough, timely evaluation and progress records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
  • Flexibly adapt interventions for home-based settings, if required
