Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure (Indiana or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience in school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed
- Develop individualized treatments to meet students’ academic and functional goals
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to drive student success
- Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with school requirements
