Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona, or eligibility for state licensure
• Previous experience providing OT services in school environments strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to implement age-appropriate interventions for children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for a diverse student caseload
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated care
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support inclusion and access for students with varying abilities within the school community
