Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs and learning levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student accommodations and success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
• Promote development of fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for school participation
• Offer strategies and resources to assist classroom staff and families
