You’ll support students within a dynamic school setting, delivering direct and consultative OT services in alignment with IEP goals. Benefit from a contract position that respects your personal time: hours run Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 1:30pm (about 10 hours per week per site), allowing for a true work-life balance ideal for those seeking rewarding work with dedicated hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
  • Experience in school-based OT settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical competencies are encouraged to apply
  • Skilled at assessments, goal setting, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services to students with diverse needs, supporting functional independence in the educational environment
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop engaging treatment plans
  • Monitor progress; prepare clear, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, sharing recommendations to maximize student success
  • Support classroom staff with strategies and resources for student inclusion
