Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional skills and needs within the educational environment
• Develop, implement, and update individualized OT plans to support student achievement
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to help integrate strategies in classrooms
• Document treatment plans, goals, and progress according to school and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
• Educate staff and families on best practices for supporting students’ occupational needs
