Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children across grade levels is highly preferred
  • Skilled at collaborating within educational teams to support student needs
  • Proficient in developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs in a school setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct thorough assessments and participate in the IEP process
  • Develop individualized intervention strategies, monitor progress, and document results
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster safe, accessible, and supportive learning environments
  • Provide training and resources to teachers and classroom aides to help implement therapy strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and timely reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
