Step into a rewarding contract role as an Occupational Therapist or COTA, working full-time with students in a supportive school setting. What we’re looking for:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Capable of adapting to a diverse range of student needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain) required
- Commitment to professional integrity, compassion, and flexibility
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing students’ needs and creating targeted therapy interventions
- Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families to support student development
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
- Communicating goals and strategies to educational staff and parents
- Supporting students’ participation and performance in school activities
- Advocating for accessibility and inclusivity within the school environment
