Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid and active OT licensure
  • Previous experience in school, home health, teletherapy, and/or healthcare OT settings
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong background or interest in pediatric and ASD support services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to adapt to different learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy and support tailored to the needs of students in an ASD program
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families
  • Engage in documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP development
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creatively to inclusive learning strategies
  • Deliver therapy services both in-person and through teletherapy, as appropriate
