Key Qualifications:
- Current Michigan licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ access and participation in school activities
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to help students develop or improve functional skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with applicable standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student teams
