Working primarily at engaging school sites, with the possibility of supporting other locations as needed, you'll have an opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals in environments known for flexibility and positivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt and thrive across multiple locations as needed
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and experience implementing evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to school-aged students, focusing on fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in the academic setting
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized therapy plans based on assessments and team recommendations
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with staff, families, and students
  • Document evaluations, progress, and session outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
