Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and any required certifications
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
• Create engaging, goal-focused activities aimed at building students’ functional abilities
• Track student progress, prepare thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt interventions to align with each school’s unique environment and culture
