Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and related compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a supportive resource for the team
  • Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
