This full-time position for the 2025/2026 academic year offers the chance to support a caseload of 50-55 students, spanning both elementary and secondary levels within 1-2 school sites.

Your expertise will make an impact through traditional OT responsibilities, including direct therapy, assessments, and evaluations—all while collaborating with a dedicated educational team. The district supports best practices with training on their IEP system and encourages professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid and current NV Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience in school-based settings or interest in transitioning to this environment
  • Skilled in providing therapy, documentation, assessments, and collaboration
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations across age levels
  • Organization and adaptability to support itinerant work between sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students as indicated by IEPs
  • Complete thorough assessments and evaluations
  • Document sessions and student progress according to district standards
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings as needed
  • Contribute to positive outcomes for students with varying needs
