School Occupational Therapist - Washougal, Washington

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Washington state Occupational Therapy license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Ability to effectively support and encourage students of varying abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for a full-time, 37.5-hour work week
• Willingness to work at 1-2 school sites as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and individualized intervention to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop treatment plans to enhance participation in classroom and school activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with transition planning
• Adapt OT services based on student assessments and feedback
