Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued.

  • Adept at adapting interventions to meet individualized student needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student's learning and development.
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in student IEPs.
  • Document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Support transitions across grade levels and address a variety of needs, ranging from fine motor skills to sensory processing.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, in-service training, and multidisciplinary team efforts.
