This contract-to-hire position offers flexible options for part-time or near half-time hours—take on either 28 or 14 hours per week to best fit your needs. You’ll split your time between two supportive learning communities: three days per week at Sky Ranch Academy and one day per week at Capstone Academy. In this dynamic setting, you’ll apply your clinical skills to help students develop the motor, sensory, and self-regulation abilities that unlock learning.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Service Provider (SSP) license issued through the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
• Prior experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent organization, documentation, and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under IEP or 504 plans
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer staff and caregiver education regarding student strategies and accommodations
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster student success
