Occupational Therapist School Setting in Watsonville, CA

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Prior experience serving PreK or early childhood populations in a school setting
• Knowledge of best practices for assessments, interventions, and documentation within an educational environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and a passion for working with young children

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to meet students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and participate in eligibility evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and set goals in collaboration with the educational team
• Track progress and maintain detailed documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate regularly with families and educators, providing resources and guidance as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape students' educational journeys
