Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience delivering OT services within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, educational assessments, and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt and implement individualized strategies for students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to support student growth and participation in classroom activities
• Maintain thorough, timely records and contribute to progress reports and IEP meetings
• Utilize evidence-based practices and appropriate intervention strategies
