What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active and valid Illinois OT license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP goals

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies to help students participate fully in classroom activities
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate in IEP meetings, provide consultation and training for educational staff
• Document interventions and maintain compliance with all local and state guidelines
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment by adapting classroom materials and modifying activities as needed
• Communicate consistently with families to support carryover of therapy goals at home
