Requirements & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience in school-based OT practice preferred
• Background in home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings beneficial
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Comfortable with digital platforms and teletherapy sessions
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, adaptable, and committed to evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students (in-person and via teletherapy)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to address fine/gross motor skills, adaptive skills, and sensory needs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to district and federal guidelines
• Offer support for home-based therapy as needed
