Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required

• Experience attending or contributing to ARD meetings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 54 students and provide consultative support for an additional 14 students
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in alignment with each student’s goals
• Prepare comprehensive IEP documentation and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, & Dismissal) meetings, sharing input and recommendations for student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize results and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive therapy space for every student
