Occupational Therapist School Setting in Webster, NY

As a valued Occupational Therapist, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, contribute to the learning environment, and tailor interventions to meet students’ unique strengths and needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current New York State Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or related settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions for school-aged children
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work across different locations and adapt to changing caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, plan, and document individualized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards
• Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and ongoing professional development
