Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring for school-based therapy
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt and manage a caseload within a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services and implement individualized interventions for students K-12
• Assess students’ needs and develop appropriate, measurable treatment goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Deliver training and resources to staff and families as needed
