This assignment is based at a dedicated education center, focusing on programs such as autistic support, life skills, and multiple disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
  • Experience delivering OT services in school settings required
  • Background supporting students with autism, multiple disabilities, and complex needs strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing caseloads and timely documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Proficient in adapting interventions to diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions for students with varying abilities
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support educational and developmental goals
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust plans based on student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and program guidelines
  • Empower students to develop fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and functional skills necessary for success in school environments
  • Consult regularly with educators and caregivers regarding strategies and progress
