School Occupational Therapist | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students’ growth as a school-based Occupational Therapist. This part-time opportunity is located near West Chester, PA, with services focused in the Landenberg area. You’ll work alongside a dedicated educational team to provide essential compensatory OT services for students in grades K-8.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience as an OT within school settings preferred
• Comfortable providing both direct intervention and documentation for K-8 populations
• Ability to independently manage a PT caseload and collaborate with educators and families
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a current caseload of 2 students with owed hours and compensatory needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s specific occupational therapy goals
• Complete thorough documentation and progress reports per school and program requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student participation and independence within the school environment
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies relevant to school-based therapy practice

Role Highlights:

• Part-time schedule: 30 hours per week
