Occupational Therapist School Setting - West Chester, PA

This full-time, contract opportunity covers a leave assignment, beginning as soon as possible through January 4th, 2027, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff while directly impacting students' lives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting
• Familiarity with the development and implementation of 504 plans
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt services to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen students to identify those who would benefit from OT services
• Complete initial evaluations for 504 plans and document findings
• Develop individualized treatment interventions
• Provide direct therapy sessions and make up for any missed treatments
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required by school policies
