School Occupational Therapist - West Columbia, South Carolina

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare environments preferred
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with students at all grade levels, from PreK through high school

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for assigned caseload
• Develop and execute intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
• Observe, monitor, and report on student progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and professional guidelines
