Embark on a rewarding contract position providing essential occupational therapy services to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. This opportunity offers the chance to impact multiple educational environments across 2-3 school sites, with a manageable caseload of approximately 45-50 students. The assignment spans the full academic year, beginning July 27, 2026, and concluding May 26, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience in school-based settings, home health, or related pediatric environments
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with effective time management
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and documentation
  • Compassionate approach focused on supporting students’ individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct OT services to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classrooms and homes
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and maintain compliance with reporting standards
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary discussions
  • Provide consultative support to school teams regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
