Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Connecticut Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Previous experience within schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Ability to provide therapy services onsite across multiple campuses
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive approach to supporting various age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students per IEP, 504 plans, and teacher/caregiver referrals
• Conduct assessments and document ongoing progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Travel between multiple school sites as needed within the district
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
