  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
  • Organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and service delivery effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-8 students on your caseload
  • Complete evaluations, create individualized goals, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Track service minutes and progress for approximately 3,260 minutes per quarter
  • Collaborate with teachers and other service providers to optimize student participation in school routines
  • Provide home health or carry-over recommendations as needed
