Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio
• Experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Ability to engage with students, educators, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Flexible and resourceful in dynamic environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT assessments and individualized interventions as part of the educational team
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ unique challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
• Support students in acquiring skills necessary for school participation and daily functioning
