Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to a varied caseload of students at the elementary and high school levels
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
  • Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the diverse developmental needs of students across different age groups
