Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with educational plans (IEPs and 504s) and progress documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to their individualized plans
• Assess student needs, create intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student achievement
• Assist in the development of accessible classroom environments and modifications
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
