Qualifications:
- Active NM (NMRLD) Occupational Therapy license required by start date
- Current or pending NMPED licensure accepted
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy, particularly with elementary students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering student-centered, evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation and success in the educational setting
- Develop creative and individualized intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt approaches based on student needs and program priorities
