What you’ll bring:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (California)
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of school-based OT evaluation, intervention, and IEP documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and faculty
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced educational setting

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering direct and indirect occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assessing student needs using appropriate tools and reporting on progress toward goals
  • Collaborating with special education teams, teachers, and family members to design and implement strategies promoting students’ participation in academic and functional school activities
  • Maintaining thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Contributing to IEP meetings and providing training or resources to educational staff as necessary
