Essential Qualifications:
- Active and valid North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring OT support
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote student access and success in the school environment
- Document student progress and maintain compliant records in a timely manner
- Provide training and support to school staff and families as needed
