School Occupational Therapist - Wilmington, Delaware

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware OT or DE COTA license required
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student participation and performance in school activities
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, ranging in age and need
• Engage in professional development opportunities as part of your contract
