Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware (OT DE license required)
• Background in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseload efficiently
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student progress
• Participate in student support meetings and multidisciplinary teams
