Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Prior experience in a school-based, home health, or healthcare OT role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and equitable services
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in compliance with educational goals
  • Engage with teachers and families to support students’ functional performance in school and at home
  • Document progress, update goals, and report on outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service planning
