Preference will be given to OTRs, but licensed COTAs will also be considered for this rewarding position.

Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license, eligible to practice in the state
• Experience in school-based settings, with familiarity in both healthcare and home health OT especially valued
• OTR preferred; COTAs encouraged to apply based on experience
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams
• Adaptable to a variety of educational environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students identified with varying needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategies and modifications to enhance student participation
• Adapt interventions for a range of age groups from elementary through high school
• Facilitate student independence and support access to the educational environment
