Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based | Wilmington, DE | 2026–2027 School Year

A school district in Wilmington, DE is seeking multiple full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the upcoming school year. This is a fully onsite role supporting students in a collaborative, school-based setting.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
• Multiple openings (4–5 positions)
• Onsite only
• Caseload: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware OT license (required)
• School-based experience required
• Strong pediatric and/or elementary experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite full-time
