Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time K–12 Schools

Location: Wilmington, DE Area
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,750–$74,250 annually ($45–$55/hour equivalent)

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to K–12 students in the Wilmington, Delaware area.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Delaware OT License or eligibility
NBCOT certification preferred
School-based experience preferred
Experience working with K–12 students preferred

Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Provide individual and group therapy services
Develop and implement IEP goals
Address students’ fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and functional needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Maintain required documentation and compliance records
