What you'll need to succeed:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy certification for the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience providing OT in school settings, with strong consultation and direct service skills
  • Ability to travel between Keene and Surry, NH (locations serve grades 1, 2, and 5)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to complete student service requirements as outlined
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting students’ participation, engagement, and independence within an educational setting

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering both direct and consultative OT services according to student IEPs (approximately 110 service hours for the remainder of the school year)
  • Consulting with staff and families at prescribed intervals to foster student success
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to annual reviews
  • Serving elementary- and middle-grade students through individualized and small group sessions
  • Providing services onsite at the Gathering Waters and Surry Village Charter School campuses
  • Traveling between the two nearby locations as required by the schedule
