Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license valid in Vermont

  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students for fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills development
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers on classroom modifications
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
  • Communicate feedback and strategies to families and educators for continued growth
