What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for functional, fine motor, and sensory processing needs across a diverse PK-12 caseload.

• Develop and implement student-centered Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to various developmental stages.

• Provide engaging, direct occupational therapy services in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to ensure students can safely and effectively access their educational environment.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation of student progress.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license is REQUIRED.

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred, given the broad caseload range.
